I'm a fan of the legend of korra and I can guarantee you that when I view your work, I was falling backwards! Korra is perfect!
Then the proportion you meet them all well ... (in my opinion).
I board at crittiquer nothing compared to korra, because like I said she's like in the episode but more realistic.
The reflections on her skin and her hair is beautiful! It is as if the water was magical and it gave off a magical glow on her body.
And finally, water.
The water is very beautiful, even it seems like it's true. All small droplet of water that flew back are beautiful and gives a good impression of your drawing.
Anyway later I would draw water as well as you, because the result is fantastic.
