I'll start with the details:

The beads are well done, and look like almost like real pearls on a string (with a side by side comparison next to a photo)

The Discs, I'll assume that they were machine/magic-crafted, and leave it at that. They look very nice, with glowing runes for a clock.

The face is not perfectly symmetrical, because as much as we want it to, faces don't look like that, so good job there, along with a slightly fuller lower lip. Her eyeshade looks evenly distributed, and it doesn't overwhelm her eyes, which are a good focus.

The hair is well done, with a light on dark distribution instead of layering bright colors on bright colors (Something I'm ashamed to admit I've fallen prey to), and gives a hint of shine and glow.

The horns are very dark, and at first I assumed that they were part of the hairstyle until I noticed the difference in color.

There's not enough of the background to tell, but it looks like a nice, misty platform behind her and it looks like a person who's view is starting to blur at the edges.

The bad:
While the eyeshadow complements the image, it makes her eyes pop less. Maybe a slight color change would help her eyes give the sharp contrast it needs.
The discs (clocks?) are good, but they're a bit less dynamic than I'd expected. Perhaps a symbol of movement would help?
There's three colors: Gray, Blue, and Turquoise. There's only a few pearls that stand out, but it would have a greater impact if it was on the eyes, rather than on the fringes of her hair.

Overall, a very nice result, even if it is a little too blue/green. Some more reds or other colors like a bright purple in small amounts would do best.
